2016年に一橋大学大学院商学研究科博士後期課程を修了。商学（博士）を取得。埼玉大学経済学部専任講師・准教授、立教大学経済学部准教授を経て、2024年4月より現職。研究領域は、財務会計や財務報告。最近の研究テーマは、(1)トップマネジメントの特性が企業の意思決定に及ぼす影響、(2)会計数値にもとづく経営者能力の測定、(3)女性役員登用の決定要因とその帰結、(4)サステナビリティ情報開示の義務化がもたらすリアルエフェクトなどにある。I completed my doctoral program at the Graduate School of Commerce and Management, Hitotsubashi University, in 2016 (Ph.D. in Commerce). After serving as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at Saitama University and Associate Professor at Rikkyo University, I assumed my current position in April 2024. My research areas are financial accounting and reporting. Recent topics include: (1) how top-management characteristics shape corporate decision-making, (2) measuring managerial ability from accounting figures, (3) the determinants and consequences of appointing female directors, and (4) the real effects of mandatory sustainability disclosure.
